    I bought this Muir cap from Joanna last week. I was unsure which size to choose, so she sent me two sizes to compare. She also sent me another style to compare with this one, so that I could decide which one I preferred.
    She was so helpful and patient while I made up my mind between 4 different caps. She appreciated that I wanted to be sure I was buying the right one for me, and there was no trouble getting the money back on the ones I'd purchased "on approval".
    I now have a cap which fits really well and looks fantastic. I'm so grateful to her for the level of service she offered.
    I would certainly come back to Joanna in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
